Interconnecting with a new wholesale partner should take hours, not weeks. Use this checklist to get traffic flowing on day one.

Signalling and media

Confirm SIP transport (UDP/TCP/TLS), codecs (G.729, G.711, Opus), DTMF method and whether media is anchored.

IP whitelisting and security

Exchange signalling and media IP ranges; enable rate-limiting and fraud alarms on both sides.

Testing

Agree test numbers per destination, sample size and success thresholds before commercial traffic.

Billing

Confirm increments, currency, settlement method and dispute window.
